At ARISE Aesthetics and Wellness, we’re happy to process prescription refill requests that meet the following guidelines:

• You have seen your provider within the last 2 months
   
• You have no new or ongoing concerns that need to be addressed
   
• You are not requesting a change in strength or dosage
   
• The medication is not a controlled substance
   

If your request meets all of the above, please use the link below to submit your refill request.

Please note: Refill requests are not guaranteed. You will be notified once your request has been processed. Please allow up to 24 business hours for a response after processing.
