Our Primary Care Visits are designed for ongoing health management and routine check-ups. These visits are ideal if you need:

• Medication Refills for chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or cholesterol management.
• Annual Health Check-ups to monitor your overall health, including lab work like blood tests to check cholesterol, glucose levels, or kidney function.
• Preventative Care such as discussing lifestyle changes, updating vaccinations, and reviewing your current medications.

These appointments are perfect for staying on top of your health and ensuring that your long-term medical needs are met.  We focus on getting to the root of your health concerns, not just masking symptoms. 

Note: These visits are conducted via telehealth, offering you the convenience of care from the comfort of your home.

Our Sick Visits are here to help when you are not feeling well and need quick, expert care. These visits are appropriate if you’re experiencing:

• Acute Symptoms such as a sore throat, cough, or fever.
• Infections like strep throat, ear infections, sinus infections, or urinary tract infections (UTIs).
• Mild Injuries or other sudden health concerns that require prompt attention but are not emergencies.

Sick visits are focused on diagnosing and treating sudden illnesses, so you can get back to feeling your best as soon as possible. While we treat the immediate symptoms, our goal is to address the underlying causes to help you recover fully and prevent future issues. 

Note: These visits are also conducted via telehealth, ensuring you receive timely care without needing to leave home.

We offer these services for both pediatric and adult patients.
